When is the last time you did something that once seemed impossible?

Around here, it’s a regular practice. I take my clients to the edge of what feels possible, and then help them take the next step.

“I had such imposter syndrome that I could be an opera singer. Since working together, I am using my abilities to inspire others in ways that once seemed impossible.”

Gina Malone, Opera Singer & Voice Instructor

My Story

I’m Audrey Donnell. After an 11-year consulting career at a Fortune 500 company and taking 18 months off to focus on raising my two children, I founded my own coaching and consulting practice. The skills I built in leadership, people development, strategic planning, project management, shaping new work, proposal writing, and the deep work I have done to parent with intention, help me every day in my work with clients.

I work with high performers, including entrepreneurs, engineers, lawyers, consultants, psychologists, non-profit executives, government civil servants, education professionals and administrators, journalists, and opera singers. My clients have already achieved a high level of success in their careers. After working with me, they gain insights that help them move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves and the impact they want to have in the world.

I help my clients see possibility, draw out their gifts, and teach them to stand in their power to create their futures.

Ready to create your future?

What differentiates me from other coaches:

 My clients have:

launched businesses that innovate in their fields

created positions for themselves that didn’t previously exist because they reached out and made a bold proposal

embraced leadership and C-suite roles and brought their authenticity to their leadership positions

created teams that work out of their strengths

received 2 job offers in one day

left draining jobs to create opportunities for themselves that were energizing and meaningful

created energizing work environments not because anything external changed, but because they changed how they showed up for work

become better advocates for themselves on their teams and with their managers to shape opportunities they are uniquely suited to do

made career choices in integrity with their values

created new beliefs that support them in engaging in crucial conversations, establishing healthy boundaries, and being at their best at work and in life

Find out what is possible for you.

Let me tell you about a client of mine.

I’ll call her Jane to protect her privacy. Jane had always taken supporting roles on teams where she could play it safe. Deep down, she wanted to start her own company and bring her gifts to the world. On our first call, she told me her dream, and then tried to convince me why it was too impossible to pursue. But I didn’t buy it. By the end of the call, she committed to one tiny action that would move her closer to her dream. During the time we worked together, she took one step at a time to bring her vision into reality

Her own words:

“You helped me see what I was otherwise unable to see for myself.”

“Working with Audrey gave me a restoration of my compass and an increase in my self-confidence. I’m able to sort and filter the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. Audrey is a great mentor, teacher, and leader. She has an ability to go with you along the journey, sometimes just ahead and other times in lock step.”

The gift is in the struggle.

Throughout my life, I believed that fitting in meant blending in. Despite my accomplishments and successes, I tried hard not to stand out, and often, would rather be invisible than be noticed. Although this came from a place of pain, it also gave me the ability to see what makes others stand out and to draw that out of them and help them share it with the world. I love helping others recognize their strengths and accomplishments so they can have insight into their next steps in their careers and increase their impact to the mission. They can own their failures, they can own their success, they can be seen.

Discover what makes you stand out.
