Example Coaching Packages

12-Month Coaching Package

 

In a 12-month package, my clients experience deep transformation as we draw out their vision, test what seems possible, challenge their thinking, tailor their strategy, examine their habits, increase their energy levels, position them to work out of their strengths, build new skills, and create their future.

Calls occur 3 times/month with quarterly retreats to hone their vision and focus for the upcoming quarter.

 

3-Month Coaching Package

 

In a 3-month package, the mindset and perspectives of my clients shift to a an empowered view of themselves as we set their professional history in context and they see the impact they have made. We work together to expand their vision and thinking of what is possible and design strategies to support them for what’s next.

Calls occur 3 times/month.

 

Two-Day Leadership Strategy Retreat

 

In a two-day leadership strategy retreat, we draw out the vision and goals for the leader’s team, define success measures, determine the mindset needed to bring their vision into reality, develop a strategic assessment of areas of focus for both the leader and the team, create a delegation plan, onboarding plan, and retention strategy, define the desired team culture and values, develop a filter for prioritization of tasks, provide clarity around roles and responsibilities, develop a communications plan for the team and career development and staff empowerment, and assess risk and mitigation strategies.

Retreat is 8 hours long and occurs over 2 days.
