“All my work with Audrey has helped me have more clarity around my skills and the broader context of how they position me perfectly for the job I currently have. I used to feel like I only had soft skills, but now I understand that I know best practices around how a business should be run and how customer success should be run. This insight gives me more confidence in my past performance and in myself. I realized there is no correct path in my career and that a lot of the stress I was feeling was completely self-driven and holding me back. One step at a time is okay. I don’t have to solve the question “what is my dream job?” yet, but can continue to listen to my gut and learn lessons from every experience I have. I also gained more of an identity outside of work. I lowered my stress over-all and gained an ability to prioritize myself and maximize time. I learned to be more reflective about myself and my priorities, and boosted my creativity at work. I learned to be okay with the unknown and embrace life as it comes.”
