The power of a conversation

At the end of every coaching conversation I have, I always ask what insight the other person has had during our time together.

Nearly half the time, they realize that having a conversation with someone is the next step on their path to what they want to create.

But what’s so empowering about their insight is they realize they can show up in a different way for the conversation than they had imagined.

Here are six things that can be possible in a conversation:

  1. You can make a bold request

  2. You can have more influence than you realize

  3. You can call forth something great in the other person

  4. You can break an unhealthy pattern and get unstuck

  5. You can unlock something new with curiosity

  6. You can help the other person feel seen with your empathy and create a connection you might not have thought possible

What’s a conversation you didn’t realize you needed to have, and what could be possible if you have it?

Love,

Audrey
